We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to fulfill the following responsibilities:

	Acquisition of new customers in the sector of Independent Software Vendors, Distribution and the Consulting Industry;
	Negotiation and closure of distribution and integration contracts and on-going account management activities;
	Close collaboration with all departments (software engineering, marketing, QA, etc.);
	Participation in the international industry Events (preparation, attendance, report);
	Involvement in company, its products and services promotion in the North America and Western Europe marketplaces.

Requirements to candidates:

	A Masters' level degree in economics or marketing;
	Knowledge of Northern America and Western Europe IT markets;
	Experience in sales of services to the Software Industry, Distributors and Independent Software Vendors;
	Fluent English; written and spoken - additional languages will be a plus;
	Skilled in using MS Office applications;
	Team player, mobile and able to work under pressure;
	Excellent presentation skills;
	Communicative, proactive, creative and assertive;
	Driven to succeed in business with the ability to negotiate confidently with clients, especially on a high management level.
