General Overview
INTSPEI began business operations in March of 2007 and it is the direct result of experiments conducted by its founder, Vladimir Pavlov in 2001. The experiments were so successful, and the results so significant, it was decided to formulate them into a company bringing them and other new technologies to the software development community worldwide. Announcements, news, press releases, and articles contained on our site are designed to help you better know what we do and how we do it.
