Vladimir L. Pavlov is the Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer of the International Software and Productivity Engineering Institute. He is a leading expert in software development.

Vladimir has previously served as Director and/or CTO for top high-tech companies in the United States, Ukraine, Russia and Poland, including Intel and Microsoft.

He has authored a number of major publications on computer science and software engineering and is a frequent speaker at scientific and industrial conferences.

Vladimir founded the International Software & Productivity Engineering Institute in order to launch new software development methodologies resulting from the experiments and research he has conducted since 2001.

Ivan Poyda joined the INTSPEI leadership team as General Manager of the Ukrainian Branch, and Chief Operating Officer in November, 2007.

Prior to joining INTSPEI, for two years Mr. Poyda was the General Manager of Exigen Services StarSoft, Ukraine National operations. Before being appointed as the General Manager for Exigen, he served as the Head of their Set-up Team for all company operations in Ukraine. Previously he served for 10 years in the recruitment services industry, last half of which he spent as the General Manager for Ukrainian branch of the Metropolis Personnel Group - headquartered in Moscow leading CEE recruiting company.

Since 1999 to the present, Mr. Poyda has served as the President of the Managers Union of Ukraine. He is also a Professional Member of ACM.

Dr. Anatoliy E. Doroshenko joined INTSPEI leadership team in May, 2007. Anatoliy has a great experience in research work in formal methods of computer science, software design techniques, and methods of parallel programming.

Dr. Doroshenko graduated from Kyiv National University by Taras Shevchenko (Department of Cybernetics), and in 1973 joined Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. During his employment with the Institute, his professional career progressed from engineer to Senior Research Scientist. In 1989 and 1997 respectively, he achieved both a PhD and Advanced Doctorate Degree from Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics. From 1997 to 2005 he served as the Research Director of the Institute of Software Systems of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Since 1998 Dr. Doroshenko has been a visiting Professor in several universities - Kyiv National University by Taras Shevchenko (Programming Theory and Technology Department), Kyiv Division of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Department of Applied Mathematics and Control Systems), as well as Kyiv Mohyla National University (Division of Network Technologies) where he teaches courses in software project development and parallel programming. He has authored three books on software development, and published over 100 technical papers in scientific journals and international conference proceedings.

Since 2003 Dr. Doroshenko's biography has been published in several editions of Marquis' "Who's Who in Science and Engineering."
